Shipping

Items are shipped Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders received by 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. After shipping, most orders take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending upon the delivery address. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Expedited shipping options are available.

Notifications

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Another email will be sent when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be included to allow you to check the progress of your delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of the Purchase Date when accompanied by the packing slip. Please note we do not offer exchanges for returned products. We regret we are unable to refund shipping or handling costs or to provide return shipping or handling costs. The credit card used to place the order will be credited for amount of the item returned.

When mailing a return:

• Place the unused item in its original packaging
• Be sure to include the packing slip for a full credit of the amount of the item to the credit card used when the item was purchased
